Draught @ Beer Temple, Chicago IL. Hazy lemon yellow with a largish foamy off-white head, floral citrus aroma, high carbonation, mildly sour citrusy taste with faint basement flavors, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Smooth, a bit thin.

Aromas are bread, malt, yeast, spice, and citrus. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose and lightly tart up front going to bittersweet. Okay body and decent carbonation. A bit of Band-Aid in the finish.

Can from Tavour: orange with white head. Coriander, fruitiness. Breadier and hoppier than most tripels. Not bad but not what I was looking for in a tripel.

Can from Tavour: pours misty yellow with white head. Aroma is funky, Nelson comes in way dofferently with the farmhouse than it does in an IPA. Plenty of straw and the like. Taste is moderately bitter, pretty saisony generally. Malt character is pleasant.

Tap at Supermoon. Funky barnyard fecal notes. Hop tone is pretty restrained, Nice body, well attenuated. Pleasant and enjoyable farmhouse action.
