Tap at Supermoon. Collab with central waters. Pretty middle of the road, certainly the least exciting beer on the menu. Drinkable, ok balance, rather restrained hop tone.

Fab. Lots of botanicals from the gin barrel, giving this a delightful mouthfeel. Sunny, smooth, funky. Highly carbonated, despite the slight, tiny leak from traveling. A very sensual experience, especially with Bleu cheese & crackers. Cheers, Thomas J. !

Tap at Supermoon. Clean well attenuated body. The grape tone works a lot better than most beers like it. Good balance, mouthfeel. Certainly has a sour edge but restrained, works well. Decent malt and chewyness for the style. Good stuff.

Tap at Supermoon Pop Up. Intense real raspberry aroma, fleshed out by the cherry. A little eaten up and dry, but sort of lovely too. Rustic zest from the saison yeast, sort of mellowed out with the age, the fruit still maintains well but isn't quite jammy, gives it balance and depth. Viny oak touched..faint wine notes. Really good stuff.

Tap at Supermoon pop up. Pretty solid beer, dry and bitter, vegetal. The NZ hops and the saison yeast interplay well. Medium bodied, lots of flavor. Good.

Love it, and very cool to compare it to the 1840 version I had the day before, which was pure oak Flanders classic. This one has such a unique flavor, well balancing the rye and red wine barrels. Complex. Amazing what 2 brewers can do with the same wort.

Not a huge razz guy but the brewer’s notes sold me, and this is on POINT. Not sweet at all, but a funky blend of mixed-ferm gems with the most glorious red&black razz imaginable. Tart but not overly so. Perfectly executed. I don’t usually rate above 4.5
