I'm back! After 2 years it feels like I never left. This might be the best Many Phases yet. A blend of three different years' barrels, it's a real treat. Funky, vinous, lemony.

Aromas are citrus, yeast, malt, spice and a little floral. Flavors are similar to nose, with good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Honey bittersweet in the finish. Okay attempt at the style. Junction Road store.

375 mL bottle from the brewery, 1/21/24. Batch 002. Cap came off a little too easy. Hazy gold, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of yeast, funk, bready malt. Taste is bready malt, apple, yeast, stone fruit. Candi sugar and pineapple as it warms. High carb. Solid.

Bottle from the brewery, shared at the Nov. 2024 PS tasting. 11/9/24. Hazy yellow, medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of brett, citrus, pale malt. Taste is brett, citrus and green hops, pale bready malt. Well balanced.

On tap at Supermoon, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma has a real nice wild yeast expression, gentle floral notes, and a touch of lemon peel. Flavour is full of rustic farmhouse yeast, light pepper, a hint of lemon. There�s a real nice wild yeast expression here. Finishes rustic and dry. Excellent.

2024 vintage. On tap at Supermoon, pours a clear hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has rustic saison yeast, fermented out tamarind, and light hay. Flavour is dry, with rustic saison yeast, fermented out tamarind, and gentle peppery notes. I don�t get much of the tamarind. It�s just a nice peppery farmhouse ale. Solid.

On tap at Supermoon, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of oak, gentle wild yeast, white pepper, and rustic sourdough notes. Flavour has soft sourdough, white pepper, and gentle oak. Weird stuff � it�s dry, peppery, oaky, and rustic, but a little clumsy. Alright.
