[On tap at the brewery tap.] An opaque glossy black pour with trace of coffee coloured head; subdued cherry aroma with a twofold vanilla; smooth in the mouth with a rich chocolate taste and tart fruity cherry; then a dry creamy finish with more chocolate and cherry and a subtle warmth. Excellent, a definite match to the intended taste profile.

[On tap at the brewery tap.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a thin white head; aroma of wheat and yeast; silky in the mouth with a sweet wheaty body and a little yeast and spice; then a dry finish with touches of banana and cloves. Rather good.

Keg at Pigs Ear '23, day two, 29/11/23. Moderately hazed golden amber with an off white cap that retains well. Nose is malt forward, toasted grains, herb, fruit esters. Taste comprises tangy fruit rinds, raw edge, grains, hedgerow, straw, vague citric presence. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Really sub par for a keg number ... raw and twiggy.

Cask at the pigs ear beer festival 2023. A hazed dirty orange coloured pour with a lasting white froth head. Aroma is sour green apple, wheat, bile. Apricot, orange, jammy.. Biscoff.. Jammy fruit, apple flavouring is composed of semi sweet. Nutty, jammy apple, nutty.
