0,5 l bottle from Zisch, Wildeshausen. Clear golden, one finger white head. Grassy citrus smell. Thin taste, some caramel. some apple fruity elements. Mid carbonation. Low bitterness. Boring.

Smell of wheat, wood. Hazy golden colour, high white head. Aroma of wheat, malt, faint yeast and banana. Super light body. Medium carbon. Medium sweet.

1 l can. Yellow-gold, foggy, lush white head. Aroma: banana, wheat bun, slightly yeasty. Taste: banana, wheat, a little cloves, slight yeast sourness, not bad.

0.5 l bottle from 'Meibier.de' as 'Kaiserdom Helles Alkoholfrei 0,0%', best before June 2023. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, minimally floral aroma of grains and light straw. Just slightly sweet, rather dry and watery, a little malty taste of grains, iron and light straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, watery and dry finish. Thin body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Clean but bland.

0.5 l bottle from 'Meibier.de' as 'Kaiserdom Weissbier 0,0%', best before September 2023. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, a bit fruity-floral aroma of quite some banana, vanilla and a touch of clove. Slightly sweet, quite dry, moderately yeasty-spicy and minimally floral taste of grains, some banana, hints of vanilla and traces of clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, dry finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Quite drinkable, actually has some Hefeweizen-character most NA Weizen don't.
