500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rather expressionless, slightly strawy and sweet-ish, minimally grainy, pale malty aroma, minimally grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally grainy, pale malty and slightly grassy hoppy, minimally mineral, a touch of corn, popcorn; mineral finish. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Clean, simple - nothing to dissipate your amount of memory with.

Can 50 cl. Cloudy, opaque golden with a small, creamy white head. Yeast and subtle banana in the nose. Body is to the light side but not exactly thin. Decent banana and clove notes before a short finish. But a N/A Hefe that actually tastes like a Weissbier. That has to be like one out of a hundred! 141023

0,5 l bottle from Zisch, Wildeshausen. New more simple old school label. Now listed with 4.9 % abv. Clear golden in the glass, more than one finger steady white foamy head. Dry grainy aroma, some bitter hop, metallic hints. Taste starts with straw bitterness, grainy in the second row, a lot of bitter hop for a Bavarian Pilsener. Below average carbonated.
