Draft at East West, Da Nang. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a crisp, malt, dank, grassy, light pineapple citrus, big woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at East West, Da Nang. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light woody hops. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a crisp, malt, herbal, yeasty, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. The commercial description really talks this beer up and I couldn’t wait to try it. Sadly it was a huge disappointment. I wasn’t exactly expecting a fruit bomb, but there was no fruit at all. Not even subtle hints in either the aroma or palate. It just tasted like a stale, poorly made lager sadly.

The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, rich, malt, dry peachy, orange, nectarine, light floral hop bitter palate and a little hop burn. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear reddish golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt with herbal notes. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, toffee caramel malt, earthy, yeasty, herbal, light floral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a very slightly hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big pineapple. The flavour is moderate sweet and sour with a crisp, tart juicy pineapple palate. The pineapple is totally dominant from beginning to end. They call it an IPA but realistically it’s a fruit beer. The first sips were fine but very quickly it became a little sickly. Not one for a session!

Uklar orangerød med offwhite skum. Lukter jordbær og bringebær. Smaker bringebær, sitrus. Soft, mild og søt. konkluderer med at jeg synes dette er helt ok:-)

Uklar litt skitten gulorange farge med hvitt skum. Lukter banan og noe sitrus. smak av banan, lyst brød og noe urter.
