dark brown color with very little head. My nose hairs were burning from the all the alcohol in the nose. Tons of brown sugar, dark fruit, molasses, oak and whiskey character . Very boozy palate but nice depth. Reminds me a bit Sam Adams triple bock. Liked this but 80ml was more
Than enough.

muddy brown color. Cherries, oak, a touch of green apples. Low carbonation, not the most complex but still good fruit character, but oak lingered.

medium dark amber color. Massive rye whiskey and wood character. The barrel is huge in the nose with some underlying malt sweetness. I love rye whiskey so I like this but if you don’t you will hate this. Palate is all about the whiskey, with any resemblance of hop character bing overwhelmed. Full body and warming. Not remotely balanced, but I liked. The spicy rye finish is awesome.

Draft at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is is malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a light, crisp, fresh, light lemon citrus, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a murky medium brown colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is oak and big boozy bourbon. The flavour is like the aroma, plenty of bourbon, with a dry, oaky, grainy, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Very one dimensional, but I kinda liked it and the alcohol burn was minimal.
