Tap at the Brewpub, HCMC. Poured a hazy dark brown with a thin broken light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, dry coffee, sweet vanilla light chocolate. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a light, very slightly watery, chocolate, smoky roast, liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Loved the aroma but the overpowering liquorice bitter palate did not impress. A little on the light side too.

Tap at the Brewpub, HCMC. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, light floral, Belgian yeast, herbie. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a crisp, big woody, light spice, light sweet honey, floral hop, alcohol bitter palate and some slight alcohol burn. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at the Brewpub, HCMC. Poured a cloudy medium to light golden amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is floral, light banana some spices. The flavour is light acid citrus sweet with a dry, grainy malt, light clove, floral hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at the Brewpub, HCMC. Poured a hazy light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth crisp, woody, light resin hop bitter, light fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a long bitter finish.
