Malty a bit caramel scent, citrussy hoppy scent. Citrus, grassy taste. Grassy, citrus aftertaste. (Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm) Very dark brown/black, little head. Nice roasted taste, with lots of chocolate fudge and a hint of...Coca-Cola(?!, Yes, a bit surprising). The taste could last a little longer though. Slightly too much carbonation, a bit more taste after some swirling around. Nice porter, but could be a bit mooreish.

[Draft at Bishop Arms, Malmö] A slightly hazy orange beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet and rather hoppy with slight notes of grapefruit. The flavor is sweet and well bitter with slight notes of grapefruit and dust. Nice one.

Draught at Delirium, Gothenburg. Light golden with white head. Aromas of citrusfruits, spring and hops. Mouthfeel is a litte to watery, but it tastes good, with citric elements. Long, bitter finish. Rating: 7-3-7-3-15-3.5. (051008)

From tank at the brewery. Golden, with a small-bubbled white head. Pine, hops, grapefruit and citrus in general in the aroma and flavor. A bit too thin body, and a nice bitter finish. Nice, but just one in the crowd. Rating: 7-3-7-3-13-3.3. (060825)

Bottle. An almost clear, golden beer with a big off-white head. Lovely tropical fruit aroma with citrus. Low on malt. There’s a touch of citric sourness in the flavor, along with malty sweetness and some pine. Teeth-cleansing hops and a medium to full body. Nice sweetness and tropical fruits in the finish, but the bitterness mellows. A really quaffable and quenching beer. (080731)

Bottle at Haket, Gothenburg. A dark, dark brown pour, almost clear, with a beige head on top, reveals a slightly citrusy, fruity and roasted aroma. Some sourness in the flavor, with a good roasted touch and some lemony hops. Medium body. Finishes roasted, slightly bonfire sourish and lemony. A quite pleasant beer, but tad too sour I think. Rating: 6-4-6-4-13-3.2. Yet another beer I would like to lift from 6 to 6.5 on aroma and flavor. Letting the old rating untouched and hope to have more of it later on. (080710)

Draught at Bishops Arms, Gothenburg. Jet black beer with a tan head. Chocolate, coffee and dark, roasted elements in aroma. A little too thin mouthfeel, but flavour is much the same as aroma, with some tar in it too. Aftertaste also has the same elements, but here the bitterness comes through too. (051008)

Cask at The Rover, Gothenburg. Copper-coloured beer with an off-white head. Fruity aroma. Smooth mouthfeel with tastes of fruits and a little malt. Some bitterness in the background. Fruity and lightly hopped aftertaste. From my description, it seems like a fruitbeer, but it is not. It’s a good bitter, that gets a lot of taste-elements from the hops, and definately not only bitterness. Rating: 7-4-6-4-14-3.4. (051008)

Bottle. A nice, slightly hazy orange-golden body is topped by a small off-white head. The aroma is pleasantly resiny and fruity, with tropical fruits playing the major part. Little room for malt. Fruity and citrusy flavor with some pale malt in the background, and a nice bitterness following you until the very end. Medium to full body and a nice level of carbonation. Not the most balanced beer in the world, but a really, really refreshing one. (080823)
