473mL can. Pours hazy light blonde with a fast-fading white head. Light citrus, stonefruit, and acidity on the nose. Flavour has citrus, pineapple, peaches, some lacto. Low level of tartness and acidity. Pretty decent sour.

473mL can. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Dusty roasted malts and bread crusts on the nose. Flavour has bread crusts, dusty barrels, nice roast. Solid stout.

500mL bottle. Pours clear blonde with a white head, hazy once some of the yeast made its way in. Tart wild yeast, citrus peels, and rice on the nose. Flavour has tart and punchy wild yeast, some soft fermented rice character, and orange peels. Maybe some phenols creeping in. Not the most complex beer, but clean and enjoyable to drink.

[Updated on 26/12/25, in a happier state of mind.] 355mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Bright, tangy saison yeast, notes of sumac, and a touch of must on the nose. Flavour has tangy, spicy saison yeast, light pale malts, a layer of sumac, and a light level of acidity. Very nice saison.

[17/12/24] 5oz pour at Stillwell downtown. Aroma has some rustic notes dominated by caustic shit. Flavour has some rustic notes dominated by bandaids. Infected mess.

473mL can. Pours clear gold with a white head. Grapefruit peels, pine, and resins on the nose. Flavour is quite resinous, notes of pine and grapefruit. Good body, could use more hops. Nice DIPA.

355mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Nice spicy Belgian yeast expression on the nose. Flavour has spicy Belgian yeast, dry grassiness, and cracker malts. Decent carbonation. Pretty solid Belgian pale.
