500mL bottle. Pours clear blonde with a white head, hazy once some of the yeast made its way in. Tart wild yeast, citrus peels, and rice on the nose. Flavour has tart and punchy wild yeast, some soft fermented rice character, and orange peels. Maybe some phenols creeping in. Not the most complex beer, but clean and enjoyable to drink.
