355mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma has a nice floral dry-hopping character, pear skins, and a touch of perfumey notes. Flavour is dry, with plenty of dry, floral hops, crisp pear skins, finishing quite dry. Simple but pleasant.

355mL can. Pours hazy blonde with no head. Dry pear skins, some must, and dank hops on the nose. Flavour has dry pears, gentle musty skins, nice dankness from the hops. Not super exciting, but the quality of the perry is good and I like the hops.

On tap at Stillwell. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Nose is funky and earthy with musty apple skins. Flavour has funky apple skins, light apple juice; light acidity running throughout. Dry to off-dry; fairly dry and acidic on the finish. Nice funky cider.

5oz pour at Stillwell. Pours clear amber with small white head. Apple skins up front on the nose, along with grape must and a lacing of barnyard funk. Flavour has a ton of grape must and funk, finished with dry apples. This is excellent, great interplay between the fruit and funk.
