On tap at Chain Yard. Pours a clear, very pale blonde. Crisp apple skins on the nose, gentle must and floral notes. Off-dry. Flavour has apple skins, floral, gentle minerality. Finishes nice and dry. Pretty decent cider.

On tap at Chain Yard. Pours clear light gold. Lots of fresh, slightly jammy strawberries on the nose. Semi-sweet. Flavour has lots of fresh strawberries up front, less prominent rhubarb. Hard to get much apple here. The strawberry character is nice, but there's little complexity or integration between cider and adjuncts.

355mL can, pours a hazy dark amber red with a small white head. Nose has plenty of Riesling grapes, musty blueberry skins, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is dry, musty and farmhouse-y, with plenty of musty blueberry skins, vinous notes, and crisp apple skins. Carbonation is fittingly high, and the Riesling and blueberry contributions end up adding to the complexity. Good stuff.

355mL can. Pours hazy red with a white head. Riesling, dry blueberries, and apple skins on the nose. Flavour is quite dry with apples skins, fermented out blueberries, and wine grapes. Fairly tannic and effervescent carbonation. Nice, this is one of their better products.

Slight haze, has an apple juice aroma. On the palate, some juiciness, it's fine. You drink it, it's cider. I'm not getting much unique character or anything but it's fine.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose has a ton of pungent green apple core, maybe some light tannins. Flavour is dry and acidic, with plenty of apple core and some crisp apple skins. Pretty timid other than the acidity. Not much character. Meh.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Chill hazed blonde with very minimal white head. Okay apple core, taste is a touch muted, the aging doesn't seem to add much. Average.

On tap at the cidery. Pours cleae reddish pink with a white head. Apple skins and mint on the nose. Flavour has tons of apple skins and mint, some blueberries and apple juice in the background. I wouldn't have thought mint works in a cider, but this comes together pretty well.
