On tap at the cidery. Pours clrad pale blonde with a white head. Some very light apple juice and citrus on the nose. Flavour is dry, but lacks any distinct character. There's some apple and citrus floating around. Quite effervescent. Not particularly interesting.

On tap at the cidery. Pours clear gold with a white head. Very earthy apple aroma. Flavour is very dry and earthy with a nice tannic finish. For a non-funky cider this is really good.

Amber colour, and the aroma has a nice appley character, hinting at tannins. On the palate, the tannins are definitely there. Has a juicy character, good body and a bit of barny fermentation. Low level but it's there. It's solid.

375mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of toffee apple, a hint of oak, and brown sugar. Flavour is dry, with plenty of oak, some light tannins, and a touch of dry caramel apple. Oaky, dry, and crisp. Not too complex, but it's pleasant.

Flight pour at the taproom. Pours clear diry blonde. Cinnamon, cloves, and baked apples on the nose. Flavour has semi-sweet apples with sinnamon and cloves; a general winter spice profile. Tastes and smells like an apple crumble; not a bad thing in general, but not really great for a cider.

Flight pour at the taproom. Pours clear pale red. Raspberries on the nose. Flavour has lots of jammy raspberries up front, apple juice underneath. Off-dry. Inoffensive, but lacking complexity.
