Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2024. Pours hazy pale yellow. Aroma has dry grass, thin lemon citrus, dry wild yeast. Flavour has dry grass and wild yeast, a touch of lemon citrus. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a clear bright golden, no head. Aroma is full of bright pineapple, bone dry wild yeast, and some oak. Flavour is bone dry, with tons of dry pineapple, lots of funk, oakiness, and some bugs. Oaky, fermented out pineapple, and complex yeast on the finish. Excellent.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy dull pinkish peach with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of juicy plums, buggy wild yeast, and rustic graininess. Flavour is juicy, with plenty of plums, rustic saison yeast and toasted grains. Nice plum juiciness, with a grainy, toasty finish. Solid.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a cloud blonde with a small white head. Aroma has intense apple core, almost rotting notes, and plenty of wild funk. Flavour is much the same, with rotting apple core, wild funkiness, and a touch of sulphuric fartiness. Good apple core character but it's a bit chaotic and harsh. Decent.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours an opaque dark red with a small white head. Aroma is full of intense cherry skins, cherry pith, cherry jam, oak, and a nice wild yeast character — very deep cherry. Flavour is rich, with intense cherry depth—not too much acidity, nice pith, jammy but not sweet—with a deep wild yeast character. Wonderful incorporation of the cherry. Low carb, fittingly so. Excellent.
