Draft: Poured a dark golden color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry caramelized malt with some bitter hops undertones. Taste is also a mix of bitter and slightly resinous hops notes with some dry caramelized malt notes and light bitterness is observable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but not really cream ale as per style guideline.

Can that pours a slight, unfiltered, golden-yellow colour with a creamy white head, good retention and foamy-creamy lacing. Aromas of mild blended, fresh grass-pine hops over cereal-caramel malts and a soft touch of oat-biscuit. The taste starts on a nice cereal maltiness, going through some mineral touch, to then finish on a decent, bitter hop end. Quite a smooth, well-balanced American IPA that goes down very well.

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue, a small white head that does not last too long, and minimal lace is left. Aromas of citrus, stone and tropical fruits. The taste shows citrus zest, all milder so far. with more juiciness. The dryness is also light. Not bad, but seems a tad unbalanced, with most notes watery.

A hazed golden blonde radler with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, light cereals, OK. In mouth, sweet lemon pulp, light malt with light mineral notes, OK. Can at Stella's Eatary, PEC.

22oz @ Matt's new place. Appearance: dark brown with a nice beige head. Aroma: kinda candied apricots and peaches, I suppose this is how fruitiness from the rum barrel is coming out, some roasted malt. Taste: fruity, but with a lot of roasty notes, very thin. Overall: meh.

Poured from 650mL bottle.Black with full beige head. Roast, mild lactose, super feint rum. It's okay.

Dark brown. Thick head. On the nose, sour rum barrel and it's a bit thin. The light chocolate note isn't bad. It's definitely gone a touch tart. I'm not sure the elements are coming together.

650mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out gentle rum barrels, lactose, and medium roast. Flavour is moderately sweet, with cheap rum barrels, lactose, and toasted malt. Fairly cheap, finishing with cheap sugars and a touch of rum. Not a fan.
