On tap at Mellön. Pours clear amber-brown with a beige head. Plenty of caramel malts and wood smoke on the nose. Flavour has a nice dried out caramel and woody smoke. Not as intense as I'd like, but it's got the right stuff. Nice rauchbier.

On tap at Mellön. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Cracker malts and wet grass on the nose. Flavour has soft cracker malts and hops more on the fresh grass side. It's a clean pilsner, but not really living up to the Czech benchmarks.

On tap at Mellön. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Funky Brett and some citrus peels on the nose. Flavour has soft malts and a nice, but slightly subdued Brett expression. It's nice and clean, but doesn't come off that well-refined.

En fût à: La crème de la crème - Brasserie Àla Dérive 2026-05-30.
Le houblon Sladek donne des notes plus fruitées à cette Pils avec des accents de fruits rouges.
Intéressante et différente.
Assez appréciée!

Draft at the source. Slight hazy golden with a white head. Malt in the aroma with light hops giving nice juicy fruity notes in the finish. Fairly bitter also in the finish.

355mL can, pours a clear dark amber orange with a small white head. Aroma is definitely authentic, with a great, deep smokiness and bready caramel. Flavour has deep, rich smokiness, deep caramel malt, and bready toffee. Wonderful malts, great smoke expression; this is excellent.
