355mL can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready malt and gentle toffee-like sweetness. Flavour is dry, with bready malt, a touch of fermented out sugars… just not much malt base. It’s alright.

Des arômes de malts riches en pain grillé, en noisettes, avec touche caramélisée.
Une mousse d’épaisseur moyenne, effervescente, qui descend moyennement rapidement.
Un liquide brun clair aux reflets cuivrés qui montre une limpidité exemplaire.
Des malts envoutants et expressifs axés sur le pain grillé multi-céréalier, les noisettes, un très subtil caramel ainsi qu’une amertume herbacée empreinte d’un environnement feuillu et subtilement épicé.
Une bière de grande classe.
Dans la plus pure tradition Franconienne.
Hautement appréciée !

On tap at Luppolo. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Floral and lemony nose, a bit grassy with some cracker malts. Flavour is punchy and floral with some some bright lemon zest and a good cracker malts. Very nice.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has bright grassy hops, straw, and biscuity malt. Flavour has bright grassy hops, bright herbaceous notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Grassy and biting. Good stuff.
