Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, light hay - grass. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. 500ml bottle at Das Alpenhaus. Cloudy amber pour, foamy head dissipates. Aroma is caramel malts and some yeasty funk. Malty taste, sweet, caramel, with a faint sourness, which I recognize from roggenbiers.

500 ml bottle. Clear golden, big fluffy head. Malt, hay, dough, light citrus. Mild dry bitterness, slightly sweet. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, mild dry finish. Drinkable but dull, a Brotzeithelles indeed.

Trübe, sehr helle Farbe. Herb getreidige, florale, minimal fruchtige Noten. Man merkt den Hopfen. Kohlensäure ein ganzes Stück über medium. Ja, ein ganz brauchbares Zwickl.

Ganz gute Farbe für leichtes Weizen. Geschmacklich getreidig, leicht strohig, leicht hefig, leicht säuerlich, mild fruchtig. Vielleicht einen Hauch zu viel Kohlensäure. Für ein leichtes Weizen ganz OK - gibt aber auch in dieser eher wenig geliebten Kategorie sicher besseres.
