500ml bottle from the brewery pouring a lightly hazed, light bright golden-yellow colour. The head is huge, almost overflowing, off-white, frothy, soapy, very long lasting and leaving some thick foamy lacing. Big oranges in the nose with some nice Belgian yeast and spices. The taste shows nice Witbier with the orange notes and spices. Lightly dry finish, but not too much. Still refreshing with the low alcohol, a good light Witbier.

500ml bottle from the brewery, pours a slight hazy, bright yellow straw colour with a fizzy head that disappears rather quickly, leaving no lacing at all. Lemon sour aromas with very mild Brett funk. Light tart in the mouthfeel. Decent citrus sourness for flavours with a little dryness in the finish. Gets cloudy at the last pour. A nice, refreshing Berliner Weiss.

355ml can from the brewery. This can is a little older, but overflowed all-over. Clean amber colour with a big frothy, bubbly warm off-white cap, good retention and leaving some cloud-like foamy lacing. Caramel malts with cereal notes and light hops. Mineral hints and molasses. Cereal grain taste with a tad caramel and the hops cutting the sweetness. Gets hazier near last pour. A nice regular amber ale.

500ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a hazy, light-golden colour with an amber hue. Light tiny bubble carbonation, creating an off-white bubbly head, average retention leaving some nice bubbles on top. Mild sourness in the aromas with raisin notes, well-blended hops and wine-like characteristics. Soft mouthfeel with a building dryness in the end, but not excessive. Flavours of raisins, balanced by the sourness, leaving a little tart on the tongue. I am really enjoying these Voices Carry beers, as they are not just a sour ale, but something so much more complex - without feeling it. Well brewed !

500ml bottle that pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a big creamy, full, long lasting warm cap, leaving some nice waves of creamy thick lacing. Aromas are a blend of oranges and grassy, herbal notes. Flavours are on the bitter side with citrus zest and a nice dryness in the finish. The oats seem on the light side. Fruity enough, but not the fruitiest DIPA, but if you like nice hoppy bitterness in your Double IPAs - you will like this.

500ml bottle from the brewery pouring a dark brown colour with little copper highlights. The frothy head is light-beige, warm, disappearing slowly and leaving some bubbles on top. Roasted malt nose with some hints of molasses, chocolate and caramel. Taste of burnt malts with some light sweetness from the oatmeal. Not much else going on, and seems watery for this version of 5.4% ABV.
