500ml bottle from the brewery, pouring a dark brown colour with light copper highlights. The soapy head is fairly tall, bubbling away slowly with its light mocha-colouring and leaving some foamy patches. Aromas of roasted malts with nuttiness to balance. Coffee and chocolate hints. Even maple, toffee. Same for the flavours, but with some good bitterness from the hops, adding a nice dry finish. Espresso tart blends well with the hoppiness on the tongue. Quite a nice light stout, that still delivers lots for 3% ABV.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light chocolate, light coffee, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with dark coffee, light vanilla, very nice. Bottle from brewery.

Beautiful fresh raspberry aromas with the fruitiness, sweetness and tartiness. The taste shows again, some nice berry notes with light sourness in the middle, and yeasty tart on in the finish. Hazy red colour with a pinkish frothy head, decent retention and some patches of thick foamy lacing. Alcohol is well-hidden. A nice milder raspberry sour that goes down smoothly.

A dark reddish purple ale with a thin lacing pink white head. In aroma, nice tart mix of ground cherry, raspberry, light lactic and Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

500ml bottle from the brewery that pours a hazy golden colour with frothy, creamy white cap, very good stay and some creamy lacing, and spots. Translucent tiny particles that are not filtered. Malty caramel and orange nose. The taste has the hops playing some grassiness and citrus notes, over the caramel cereal grains. A nice Double IPA that is not such a juicy one. Kind of an old school one, but still with good fruitiness.

355ml can from the brewery pouring a rich golden colour, slightly hazed, with a big creamy-frothy warm head, very good stay and some foamy-creamy lacing. A nice fruity aroma comes out of it, with mostly some citrus notes, but blended with the yeast and some spiciness found in some Euro Pilsner. Sweet malt flavours that go through the cereal and some mild hops that just dries the finish enough to not be syrupy and full. Gets hazier with tiny unfiltered particles and the carbonation is nicely active. Well-brewed.

500ml bottle from the brewery, pouring a hazy, light golden-yellow with a bit frothy white head, good retention and some foamy lacing. Aromas are well-blended between the Citra hops that give those citrus notes and the sourness. Remind me a lot of gooseberries. Same for taste... some sourness, some mild grassy citrus notes. Dry finish. This is quite a nice dry hopped sour ale that is well balanced.

500ml bottle from the brewery, pouring a light hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, good stay and some creamy-foamy lacing. Citrus peel aroma with a touch of pineapple sweetness in the background. Gets full hazy at last pour. The taste shows some citrus notes, but nicely balanced within the grassy hops. Not too strong, not too juicy - as an APA, but a new school one. Hard to find the malt character, but seems like the wheat is here to smooth things out.

Second 355ml can of the night from this brewery. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a big warm off-white cap that lasts a really long time, and gives out creamy-bubbly lacing. Fresh herbal nose with the hops that show some grassiness, hints of tea (mint, camomile). The taste really shows the Pale Ale, as it looked like an IPA, but still have bitterness, grassiness, but not as strong. Quite a nice APA that has balls.

Can from the brewery, purchased in front of store... for this pandemic. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a big frothy warm off-white cap, great retention and creamy lacing. Sweet and fruity nose, with some grassy notes. Citrus like oranges mostly, blended with some softer pineapple. The grassiness of the hops is also present in the taste with a bitter-dry finish. More citrus zest than juices. This is a really nice Hazy IPA for those who do not like them as juicy, but balanced with the grassy hops.
