500ml bottle from the brewery pouring a hazy bright golden-yellow colour with a fizzy white head, dissipating quickly. Fruity nose with the apricot and decent sourness. The sour notes are quite present in the taste with the fruit in the background and tart in the finish. Another good fruity sour beer from Spark.

Pours a clean (slightly hazy at last pour), deeper red colour with a pink-purple head, decent stay for a sour leaving a film on top of the brew and some nice creamy bottom lacing. Sourness in the nose with the fruitiness. I kind of get cherries blended with the black currant. The taste starts off sour with fruit helping and then, mild tart on the tongue. The finish is not quick, so letting this nice fruity sour sink in. Another good easy-drinking sour ale from this brewery.

Getting hazier with every pour. Golden-amber colour with a creamy-frothy light-beige coloured head, decent retention for the size of it and the lacing around is quite thick. Funky aromas from the Brett giving earthiness, with the caramel notes and Belgian mild sweetness, fruitiness. Refreshing apple taste all blended with the rest in the background. Really, really smooth. Hints of spices in the background with some even lighter vanilla from the oak and citrus, orangy from the hops. A very well-brewed 7% ABV. pale ale with a Belgian touch. Quite refreshing for the style.

750ml bottle from the brewery pouring a clean dark brown colour with a light mocha-coloured head, good stay leaving some creamy lacing. Sweet nose at first with a mix of maple syrup and molasses. Then, boozy notes comes out, with some grassy hops, roasted malts and hints of caramel. The taste starts on the mapleness, but the hops gives enough to cut the sweetness and offer a decent dryness, alcohol smoothness. A touch of apples, burnt barley base and mild caramel malts. Maple notes lingers. This is quite a nice warming beer, and what a good one for their first Quad.

500ml bottle from the brewery pouring a hazy pink-peach colour, an off-white pinkish foamy head, decent retention and little spotted lacing. The blood orange fruit does smell at first, but calms down to show caramel malts, yeast and eventually, hops. Citrus zest with some more of the fruit juices in the flavours. Refreshing mouthfeel with just enough dryness in the finish. A good, not-overly fruity IPA with well-hidden alcohol.
