Pours a slight hazed, copper-brown colour, deeper but still can see light through, giving amber-ruby highlights. The beige-mocha colour head is smaller, but lasting longer than expected. Rich coconut aromas over chocolate and roasted malts. The coconut comes through again in the taste, but not as sweet as expected, balanced with the vanilla and hops. The darker malts form a base, and the mouthfeel is really not that thick. Not bad, and alcohol is well-hidden, but Bas-Canada does dessert beers better for a local treat.

Hazy red colour with a pink-purple hue. The head is white-pinkish, bubbly, fizzing away quick enough, but wanting to stay a little. Sour nose with the nice fruitiness of the cherries. The taste is quite sour, puckering away with the cherry notes blending in smoothly. Nicely brewed with the cherries, not feeling like a light fruity beer, but a full one.

Pours a lightly hazed golden colour with and amber hue. The head is frothy-bubbly, white with good retention and leaving thick foamy-soapy lacing. Floral aromas between the grass-like hops and the mild wheat sweetness, fruitiness. The taste is fruity, kind of perfumy, but in a good way with the citrus background that is refreshing. Reminds me of lavender with hints of honey and lemon. A dry finish that helps things out not being thick, nor syrupy. Gets hazier at last pour with some particles. Well-brewed.

Fairly clean, bright yellow colour with a fizzy white cap that dissipates rather quickly, but carbonation is pretty lively. Citrus fresh sour aromas with the lemon and lime. Saltiness in the base. Gets a little hazy with every pour. The taste shows the citrus with a touch of sourness, then dryness with the salty notes lingering. A good Gose with the lemon, lime and salt.

Pours a dark brown colour with copper highlights. The head is creamy-frothy, light beige coloured with above-average retention and some mild creamy lacing streaks. Interesting to have this funk-earthy aromas of Brett over the chocolate-coffee, hints of raisins, porter base. The funkiness is milder in the taste with a smooth roasted malt and even lighter dark fruitiness. Gets murky at the last pour. There seems to be a vanilla note in the nose and mouth that blends both Brett and porter in the background. Interesting to say the least.

Well, does not look like any Saaz hops in this one, but style give a little spiciness found in good American Pilsners. Fresh grassy, herbal hop nose over mild sweet malts. Pours a very slight hazed, bright light-yellow colour with a frothy, fizzy white cap, decent stay and some small foam lacing spots. Dry-hopped with Spalter and Saphir, so this cuts the sweet malts. Fairly wet all-around though, and refreshing, and not too thin for the style. Had a few of these, and would again.
