Lightly hazed, golden colour with lively carbonation, a white soapy head, average stay and some foamy lacing spots. Some chunky particles come out at second pour. Some citrus aromas with a grassy touch. Hints of tropical fruits in the nose and taste. A building dryness creeps up. Some decent bitterness, bite. Not a bad Imperial IPA with a tad more dryness than juiciness.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at brewery.

500ml (thx, Jonathan M.!) shared with Farees @ Ryan's. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: coffee, chocolate, some sweetness, not much bourbon presence. Taste: full-bodied, moderately sweet, coffee, chocolate, some roasted malts, some vanilla. Overall: pretty nice, not much bourbon barrel aging evidence here, though.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Near black with small beige head. Quite a nice balance of bourbon, coffee, and roast. Just a touch boozy, but good stuff.
