Bottle at Weathered 2022, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with graham crackers, followed by gentle cocoa and vanilla. Flavour is full of graham crackers and cocoa upfront, with light earthy coffee. Chocolatey and cookie-like. Nothing complex or elegant but it's very nice.

750ml bottle from the brewery pouring a dark brown colour with hardly any highlights. The mocha-coloured head stays long enough to excite and leave a thick creamy coat around the brew. Oh my! The smell starts off nicely with the blend of things in here. A light blueberry fruitiness over the roasted malts with coffee, coconut and spices. The mouthfeel shows the warming heat of the chipotle. A roasted barley base with such a nice mix of flavours that expecting rich, sweetness, but with the heat, saltiness lingering, then blueberry hints. Still getting some coconut, even though not showing in here. Just a really good warming Impy Stout on this really cold night. Just what I needed.

Hazy golden-amber colour with a frothy, slightly creamy white cap, good stay and some foamy-creamy lacy patches. Citrus aromas with lemon peel, orange zest and some soft oatmeal blending, mild spiciness. The mouthfeel is fairly dry. Some particles floating around. Citrus zest flavours with peel bitterness lingering. A nice dry-hopped, very dry citrusy IPA.

Very cloudy-hazy, golden colour with a big frothy-creamy white head, very good retention and some nice creamy lacing. Loads of citrus fruits, like lemon zest and orange juices. Juicy first sip, with the dryness building, and so is the bitterness in the finish. The dry mouthfeel lingers very, very long. Citrus peel and zest mostly in the taste.

A hazed yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light resinous hops, light mineral notes, light tropical fruits, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light sulfur notes, light resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Cheshire Cat.

Dark brown colour from a 500ml bottle, with little copper highlights. The head is mocha-coloured, fizzing away faster than average and not leaving much lace. Beautiful, rich dessert nose marshmallow-vanilla, cacao powder, hints of nuttiness and a nice roasted malt base. Lots of sweetness in the taste as well, but enough hops to cut the syrupy aspect. A slight warmth with the alcohol. A real nice easy-going dessert beer.

Slightly hazy dark brown with copper highlights. Frothy, creamish light mocha-coloured head with decent stay and the lacing left is creamy. Big cacao powder nose over a chocolate malt base with hints of coconut, vanilla. The taste has this in the taste, and some sweetness comes out of it, but the hops (which are always fairly strong in the mix for this brewery), cuts this richness in the finish. A dry mouthfeel lingers. I am getting a little graham cracker feel in this lingering. A nice oatmeal cookie stout.
