Hazy golden colour with a frothy small white cap that dissipates quick enough. Sour nose with some fruitiness, funkiness. The taste shows the funky sourness again with some fruity notes. It does pucker and last a fair time. Not a bad Golden Sour aged ale.

Aromas of balsamic vinegar with cherries and caramel malts. Sour-dry mouthfeel with a little tart. The taste shows lots of sourness with the cherry-vinegar blend and hints of wood. Hazy reddish-brown colour with golden highlights. Light beige coloured head leaving a thin creamy ring around the brew, quickly. A well-brewed Flanders Red ale that does not showcase enough the oak. Still, drinkable.

Hazy, lightly unfiltered with tiny particles, pink-peach colour with a big white frothy, bubbly cap, good stay and some thick foamy patches left of lace. The refreshing aromas of watermelon blend with the perfumy hibiscus notes. It even feels like banana tart at one point. Kind of continues in the taste with enough bitterness and grassy hops. Not completely dry though. Kind of a weird one with the grassiness, and then perfume hibiscus. Might of been nicer to tone down the hops in this one.

Hazy bright light-yellow colour with a small white cap, not staying long and a bunch of bubbles stuck to the glass. Citrus nose with lemon peel and orange juices, giving some mild sourness and decent fruitiness. The taste shows the citrus with the passionfruit in the background. Light sourness at first with a dryish finish and hints of salt on the tongue. Refreshing, fruity - decent gose.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with a warm frothy cap, decent lasting and leaving lots of dirty lacing. Particles at last pour. Lemon zest aromas with hints of berries, bananas and butter, but not diacetyl. Nope, something nice that HBC 630 hop gives. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel with some mild building dryness in the finish, but not excessive. A tad peach in the taste, as both of these hops gives out this, but not too much, not too sweet. Citrus mostly with a touch of banana in the background, calming the dry, bitterness. A pretty nice, different DDH IPA.

Looks like can exploded in my beer stash, and scared the shit out of my GF during the day. I put my next batch of this gose-series in the fridge. Clean, light-peach, small off-white cap not lasting much. Berry, tropical fruit aromas with some sourness. A nice mix of blueberry, guava and sourness in the taste with some light tart and saltiness. Gets a little hazy at last pour. Goes down nicely !

Pours a hazy golden-yellow colour with a big creamy warm cap, very good retention and leaving some nice creamy lacing. Beautiful aromas of fruitiness with the oranges, tropical fruits, Belgian sugars and hints of zippy pine. The taste shows a little more of the citrus zest, than the juices. Building bitterness, but not too crazy. Again, some spicy pine notes. Gets dryer as it lingers.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, coffee, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, coffee, alcohol warmth, light nuts, nice. Bottle from brewery.

375ml brown heavy bottle that pours a dark brown colour with very little highlights. The head is mocha coloured and leaving some soft traces of lacing. Cacao powder aromas with a blend of sweeter chocolate that comes out with time. Hints of nuttiness and molasses. The vanilla sweetens the taste a bit, and the coffee is felt. Light cacao lingers on the tongue. Enough hops to cut the over sweetness. Still, rich enough to be a nice dessert beer, but good it is not a 500ml bottle..

Pours a clean (slightly hazy later), light golden-yellow colour with a big, frothy white head, decent stay and some foamy lacing. Perfume-like aromas with the cereal grain base. Hints of apples in there. The taste shows wood notes, with deeper green hops. The grassiness of these two hops are interesting, but not your typical Pilsner Saaz ones. Decently dry-hopped, but not to the max.
