A reddish brown bock with a thin moka head. A light fruity malt aroma with this annoying baked beans notes. In mouth, a cloying oily and sweetish beer, with some sort of unpleasant boiled veggie notes, light ginnger, warming alcohol in finale. Difficult to drink. On tap at brewpub, August 27 2009.

A blonde weizen with a thin white head. A rather strong solvent and bananas aroma, with light boiled veggies and baked beans. In mout, a rather light weizen with bananas and light boiled beans, cloves, light bodied. On tap at brewpub, August 27 2009.

On tap. Pours a cloudy and opaque red with a small and creamy pink head. Tart and fresh raspberry aroma. Light body, again fresh raspberry notes - a lactic sourness kinda like a Berliner Weisse. Not bad. 130709

On tap. Clear dark brown with a reddish hue with a creamy, beige head. Hard roasted malt aroma with a little licorice. Medium body with sweet hard roasted malt, vanilla nd a whiff of coffee. Light malt bitterness in the finish. 130709

On tap. Clear, warm amber golden with a beige head. Fresh, peachy hop aroma. Medium body, a little burned caramel and nuts. Distinct hops in the finish but not much bitterness. Very decent. 130709

On tap. Pours an almost clear amber golden with an off-white head. Aroma of caramel, banana and yeast. Medium body, caramel, banana and yeast with some phenols. No bitterness. Perhaps this was intended to be a Vienna or a Dunkel, but it came out as a Dunkelweizen. 130709

On tap. Slightly hazy amber golden with a yellowish head. Intense and very sweet caramellish malt aroma. Very full-bodied, intense and concentrated notes of malt and caramel, almost toffee-like. No bitterness. Delicious. 130709
