Can pour at Silvaticus, pours a hazy bright copper orange with a small white head. Aroma is of course dominated by the brett, with gentle rustic notes in back and a soft bready malt base. Flavour is likewise dominated by the brett, with only gentle funk, rustic notes, and toasted grains. Nicely matured, reasonably complex brett saison.

On tap at Silvaticus, pours a clear blonde with a small wire head. Aroma has plenty of oak, light brett funk, and rustic notes. Flavour is complex, with a wonderful oak character, lots of brett, and tangy hops from the Nelson. Extremely well-designed, delicate balance of elements. Excellent.

On tap at Silvaticus, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of plenty of campfire smoke and crisp biscuity malt to back. Flavour has a very nice campfire smokiness upfront, with a lightly sweet cereal malt base. Pretty solid, authentic smoked helles. Very good.

Bottle pour shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark at OT Camp tasting. Deeply hazy, light brown with ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is strong tart fruit, mild funk, mild bubblegum. Taste is strong funk, wheat, spice. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste.

Undated 750mL bottle drunk 9/30/25.
Heavy gusher but still clear, golden. Just over primed or under attenuated.
Sugary with golden beets and vanilla.
Very sweet, rich vanilla with ice cream and big honey. Some bitterness but by and by it's just a malt bomb without proper attenuation. B. Silvaticus continues to somehow make insane lagers and bad Belgian beers.

Brewery draught, 6/7/25.
Clear lighter copper-amber. Small, white head.
Rich base malts mixing with lightly toasted malts to provide a touch of caramel and mild toast. Crisp and lightly herbal. Clean, with a gentle fruitiness.
Malty but with a big honey-like backbone. Toastiness restrained and helps battle the big maltiness. Good bitterness with dried herbs and a hint of lemon on the finish. The toast and abundant, zesty bitterness works well with BS's big-bodied beers. The warmer ferm temps seem to provide a bit more attenuation, as well. Tastes like imperial Anchor Steam, yet it's only 5.4% which is very cool.

Brewery draught, 6/7/25.
Clear golden with a medium sized, white head.
Bright hop in the nose carries mostly the German Magnum, thankfully. Orange, lemon, freshly cut grass and some more juicy, round citrus on the finish. Deep malts showing light honey and sweet white bread balance easily. Clean and crisp end.
Very malty with a big body full of sweet honey and white bread. Orange, lemon, orange blossom honey and freshly cut grass with a zesty spiciness and ample but not-overdone bitterness. Maybe just a bit more rich malt than I'd like, though I appreciate it more than balances the hop. Still some nice zesty bitterness and crispness on the finish despite the burly body.

Side pour draught at the brewery, 2/9/25.
Dark, clear. Deep auburn and hazelnut. Large, light beige head, very creamy.
Rich chocolate and honey-like notes. Clean, with lower roast and light, herbal hopping.
Chocolatey and with tons of rich base malt. Man, they get a lot of mileage out of these low abv lagers! Impressive. Dare I say maybe even a bit too much maltiness lingering on the finish?? Clean, low roast. Chocolatey!
