29 October 2021. Third Great Timternational Beer Geek Tasting. Cheers to the Ghent beer crew!

Clear, very pale golden, no head. Aroma of 'apothecary' (in the old-fashioned way), liquorice root, ginger, lemon peel, clove, apple, herbs, lime. Taste has sour apple, lemon & lime, bitterish herbs & spicy ginger. Tart, lemony finish, fruity yet medicinal. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Slightly too odd and medicinal.

Thinbodied mead, but refreshing. Big lemonade flavor balanced out by maybe raspberry?

A bit tart and a thing mouthfeel for a mead. The mint gives it a nice finish though.
