Pour from a bottle. This is a still mead, straw in color. Cinnamon leads the aroma, but also honey and vanilla with a definite alcohol presence. Flavor is very sweet, again leading with cinnamon, backed by vanilla, honey, maybe some oak note. Very smooth. I can definitely say I’m a fan of sweet meads by now.

This Mead is a clear pale yellow color with no head. Aroma is more vine fruit than tropical, with some vanilla in the background. Medium body with a fruity character that has pineapple and citrus qualities, plus coconut in the background. The finish is fruity with a bit of honey lingering. Pretty good overall.

750 mL bottle. Pours almost clear with just a light golden hue and a few fine particles. Kind of a plasticy new shore aroma with some mustiness and notes of berry. Flavor is more of orange-flavored honey with that mustiness and a tiny bit of the plasticy note. Fairly tasty despite the "shoe" note.

Pours very pale yellow color with no carbonation. Aromas of home, cinnamon, vanilla and a hint of wood. Very sweet honey, vanilla and cinnamon flavors. A little oak comes through. I can’t believe the is 14% abv, I can hardly taste the alcohol. Good stuff.
