Draught @ The Hoptimist, Manhattan NYC (April 2025). Extremely hazy rich yellow, like orange juice, small frothy off-white head that dissipates fast, citrus-mango-melon aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus-melon taste, somewhat thick body, long finish. Deliciously juicy!

On tap at Beer Run - Chelsea, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has earthy coffee grounds sans a touch of roasted malt. Flavour is full of bitter, deep dark roast coffee and some roasted malt to back. Yeah, that�s a lot of bitter coffee. Solid for such a monolithic stout.

Draught, taster. @The Hoptimist, New York (NY). 31/08/2024 [#7.703 Global - #1.554 United States of America - #1 Union Street Brewing Co (My Brewery #350 from the States)] Pours pale yellow with some visual carbonation and almost no head. Aroma: floral hops, white wine barrels, gunk and tannins. Taste: white wine and floral hops. Funk palate. Bit vinegar woody aftertaste. Next one, please!

Clear dark golden with a very small frothy off-white head that disappears fast, sweet malt aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter slightly salty malt taste with vanilla, basement flavors, typical Belgian yeast characteristics, alcohol undertones, thin body, long bitter finish with some alcohol aftertaste. Good brew but a bit boozy.
