Can, from The Hoptimist, Manhattan. Pours clear dark brown with ruby red highlights, foamy dark beige head that disappears fast, coffee aroma, high carbonation, bitter coffee taste with smoky flavor, thin body, long bitter finish with lingering smoke aftertaste. Interesting brew!

Draught @ The Hoptimist, Manhattan (Mar 2024). Clear dark golden with a very small frothy off-white head that disappears fast, sweet malt aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter slightly salty malt taste with vanilla, basement flavors, typical Belgian yeast characteristics, alcohol undertones, thin body, long bitter finish with some alcohol aftertaste. Good brew but a bit boozy.
