Draft: Poured a medium yellow color cider with medium carbonation. Semi-dry taste of apple with light finish. Body is average with good carbonation. Not overly complex but drinks well.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color cidr with average carbonation. Light taste is apple with medium level of residual sugar and a semi dry finish. Lacking flavours with a light finish. OK but nothing to write home about.
