5oz pour at Stillwell Barrington. Pours opaque gold-brown. Aroma has some good malts, but is dominated by overly sweet, lots of cloying malts, excess alcohol. Very thick on the palate. Flavour has some malts and citrus, but completely overloaded by boozy malts. Barely palatable. I can't decide whether selling or buying this beer is the greater crime. Don't bother.

750ml bottle. Jet black colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. BA supported, roasty, dark malty and caramel malty aroma, notes of herbal liqueur (eucalyptus, menthol, mint), vanilla, caramel, dark caramel, some maple syrup, a touch of molasses, whiffs of cinnamon. Taste is sweet-ish and roasty, dark malty, caramel malty and slightly spicy, notes of cinnamon, caramel, some maple syrup, a touch of herbal liqueur; minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well adjusted BA, overall not the most complex Baltic Porter - decent.

(Can) Pours hazy straw yellow with huge loose white head. Aroma is citrus with peppery and banana notes. Light body with good carbonation. Taste is surprisingly lemon citrus with associated tartness. There’s peppery spice notes. Refreshing, enjoyable.

Bottle. Gusher. Clear gold, white head. Aroma of old citrus, hay, grapes, boot polish. Light bodied, spritzy. Mild funk, not completely dry, gentle fruit, acidity and bitterness. Drying with grape skins at the end. Refreshing, elegant, quaffable.

Quite surprised by this....nice lingering bitterness, dank pineapple, full flavor. Would score higher if the body was fuller though it is a pale ale.

(Can - no hops shown, just IPA 5.7%) Pours cloudy golden with big loose white head. Nice pine aroma. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation giving a great mouthfeel. Hop driven beer from the fruity start to the bitter finish. Citrus and notes of stone fruit up front. Hint of biscuit malt in the mid palate and then plenty of hoppy bitterness. Very nice.
