Brewery draught, 3/20/25.
Bright, lemon-golden. Small ring of bubbles.
Adjuncts are noticeable but not intense, and seemingly authentic. Fair amount of sugar/malt and no punchy lactic character.
No, not a fair amount of sugar, thankfully. Some light malt and mostly cracker-like textures with good attenuation and no fruit sugars remaining. Tasteful and authentic fruit. No punchy lactic character. An easygoing light kettle sour with none of the excess and bombast usually seen in the style today.

Brewery draught, 9/8/24. Clear, deep amber-maple. Small, beige head slowly to ring. Fruity, sugary, spicy. Gentle vanilla and lots of bread and graham cracker. Light pumpkin and big pumpkin pie. Oof. Spice, spice and more spice with a thin, unsupportive body. Damn. That's disappointing. Cracker, vanilla, string spice and fruits with almost no malt depth. Dry and thin.

Brewery draught, 9/8/24. Dark. Light tan head quickly to scant cover. Low aroma. Maybe some subtle chocolate and vanilla coming together to give a Tootsie roll character. Strong Tootsie roll flavor atop a lighter body. Chocolate, gentle acidity and bitterness from vanilla. Body sort of hangs in there throughout, as I'm always wishing it was bigger/thicker. Sweetness kind of pushing it but the flavors are well-done.

Brewery draught, 9/8/24. Muted, rusty amber. Small, off-white head. Bit hazy... Fruity, fresh yeast and mineral with caramel-laced biscuit and a bit of honey and toast. Low hop. Clean. Malty and with a bit of hop spice, fruity acidity from yeast and gentle caramel. Not over-toasted, over-specialty malted. Lots of comforting base malt. Chewy toffee, red fruits and yeast minerality linger.

Brewery draught, 7/15/24. Very light for the style, barely any specialty malt visible. Just a darker bronze hue. Small, white head, moderate retention. Clear. Lots of base malt in the nose with just a hint of toast. Clean, crisp, malty and attenuated. Same in the flavor. Mostly just some richer bread tones from the smaller specialty malt addition. Otherwise, base malt maltiness showing honey and baguette with low hopping, light bitterness and a clean, fairly crisp finish.

Soft, juicy, spicy, malty, attenuated and with excellent white wine and guava. Lingering peppery, dank spice. Cheers to this brewer, Brian, really coming in to it.

Brewery draught, 4/20/24. Black with deep magenta highlights. Clear. Small, dark beige head slowly to ring. Cola, chocolate and base malt give a true presentation of the style. Not too roasty. Clean. Malty in flavor with a bit of oomph from a chocolatey-caramel-like character. Clean, lower roast. Nicely-attenuated.
