Brewery draught, 4/20/24. Clear blonde-golden. Small, white head quickly to ring. Gently herbal and fruity hops with a bit of minerality and cracker-like malts. Clean. Cracker and biscuit with gentle herbal hops and low bitterness. A bit of maltiness, but could certainly be maltier. Very clean, at least. Dry.

Brewery draught, 4/20/24. Cloudy, pale-golden. Small, white head fades quickly to partial cover. Light wood and citrus in the nose with a bit of black tea and mineral. Low malt character, mostly biscuity wheat. Not hugely aromatic, but clean. Biscuity wheat in the flavor/texture. High attenuation, zero sweetness. Bit of bubble gum and woody hop with peach, apricot and black tea. Clean.

Brewery draught, 2/8/24. Lightly hazy, raspberry. Small, off-white head quickly to ring. Lovely, authentic, well-expressed fruit nose. Low lactic, mostly fruit, low malt character. Raspberry flavor is lightly juicy lightly tart, well-attenuated with cracker and light wheat-like character. Bit of salinity and mild lactic notes.

Brewery draught, 2/8/24. Heavily hazy, dull bronze. Small, white head, moderate head. Spicy lemongrass, mild pine and hard citrus. Perfume and more spice, clean and clear with low malt in support. Spicy with some petrol-like character. Lemongrass, light pine. Mimics the nose with a bit of biscuit from malt. More body than the previous two I had today. No onion/scallion. Good dryness, ample bitterness, clean. Man, Mosaic is such a crazy hop. So good when (rarely) done right, and just the absolute worst when not.

Brewery draught, 2/8/24. Muted, greyish bronze-brass. Small, white head quickly hugs edge. Not hugely aromatic, though their beers are served extremely cold. Maybe a bit of spice and berry, light cracker malt. Light juice, light sugar, raspberries and blueberries and strawberries. Crackery with some dull/bland particulate. But clean, not resinous. Could definitely be a bit maltier, but it's not overly thin.

Brewery draught, 2/8/24. Heavily hazy, bright maize-golden-bronze. Small, smattering of white head. Juicy, tropical, malty. Some light white wine and Light, honey-like maltiness. Clean, no resin or alcohol and nothing punchy. Juicy, tropical, biscuity with some round melt texture up front but heavily drying/thinning through the middle. It's clean with an excellent expression of hop including ample bitterness, but it's just a bit dull and thin on the finish.

Brewery draught, 9/24/23. Heavily hazy, brass-bronze-golden. Small, white, quickly-dissipating head. Nose is very hoppy with heavy spice, juice, light pine and ample, balancing, white bread and honey-like maltiness. Clean, with heavily fruity yeast. Soft, juicy, spicy, piney. But balanced nicely by deep, well-attenuated malts.

Brewery draught, 9/24/23. Heavily hazy, brass-golden-maize. Small, white head, low retention. Juicy nose with ample Mosaic spice and only a hint of onion. Moderate pine, heavy citrus. Some honey-like base malt balances pretty nicely. Clean, hoppy, heavily estery. Soft and malty with good attenuation and interesting, well-done mosaic spice and not too much hard citrus or pine from El Dorado. Citra rounds it out with the juice. Clean.

Brewery draught, 9/24/23. Heavily hazy, blonde-golden-brass. Small, white head, moderate retention. Nose is juicy and spicy as one expects from these hops. Some heavy spruce, with lots of pineapple-mango-orange and biscuity malts with fruity yeast notes. Clean, no booze. Soft, moderately bitter, very spicy with pineapple and tons of spruce and cranberry. Pretty much hate Galaxy nowadays. But the Citra is done well and helps mitigate somewhat. Juicy. Properly attenuated, clean.
