Draft at Bo Main with lunch. I’m assuming since in draft it’s this most recent batch. Orange yellow slushy pour and some white topping. Nose is grassy citrus. Tatses of grapefruit. Tangerine, honey dew, oats, grassy. Medium chewy palate. Hint if booze

Can (10/14/25) from Lighthouse Wine & Spirits. Opaque orange juice, nice sparkle, large white floaties and yeast at bottom of the glass, thin, creamy head with good retention and tons of soapy lacing. Aroma is citrus, mild grapefruit and pine; substantial malt backbone. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, creamy, frothy texture, soft carbonation and crisp, dry finish as taste. Thought this might be a really interesting hop mix. They mostly canceled each other out but OK.

16oz can pours thick pulp.  Creamy white head.  Light tropicals, oats, flowers, orange curd.  Flavor has orange curd, tropicals, a little paper, dried grassss.  Pillowy, just off dry.  Good but not great.  8 7.5 7 7 7

Can from Stone Path Malt. Pours a very cloudy yellow, almost white beer, under a sudsy head. Nose brings in a lot of apricot and tropical fruit, maybe even pineapple. Taste is unique from the unusual hop load. Just enough bitterness to curl the tongue after the first sip. No big alcohol taste yet. Slight tartness building along with the bitterness. Light bready malts are standing back to let the hops have their fun.

Can (6/21/24) pour from The Beer Store, Salem. Cloudy yellow with no sparkle, decent head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong citrus (a bit to the astringent side), Concord grape, biscuit. Taste is astringent citrus, pineapple rind. Smooth, frothy texture, medium body, average carbonation and finish as taste with yeast and dry, light bitterness. A bit too astringent to fully enjoy.

Can (2/26/24) pour from Andover Classic Wines (label art lists MI Chinook as well but my can does not have that so listed according to can). Cloudy orange-yellow with trace sparkle, nice head with excellent retention and nice lacing. Aroma is candied fruit and citrus. Taste is a weak version of the aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and crisp, yeasty finish. If taste had been as nice as aroma this would have been great, especially for ABV. As is, fairly weak.

Cask at GBBF 2023 - Day 1. Pours murky yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, fairly green, some pale bread, ripening citrus. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Citrus and green raw hops to finish. Not bad.
