50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small semi crispy head. Clean citric to lemonish aroma. Sweet initial flavour followed by a solid lemonish flavour and slowly diminishing citrusy finish. Ends slight watery finish.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Hoppy and dry aroma. Starts mild, modest malty, a bit sweet and alcoholic. Finish a bit drier, also metallically. An average bock!

Bottle, 5.1%. Weak malty aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is bready and vinous, tastes a little old. Otherwise not unpleasant.

Big white lasting head. Pale yellow body with light carbonation. Light mealy fruity aroma. Dry-sweetish lightly malty straw and oil taste, quite harmonic, very light, with grassy hoppy notes. Dry grassy mealy papery aftertaste. Light, drinkable, uncomplicated. Quite nice. (0.3l bottle, Centralapotheke, Leipzig as JS Bach Jubiläumsbier.)

Bottle: Clear, amber coloured, quickly diminishing off-white fluffy head; faint dark-malty and hoppy nose with a tinge of onions; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 6.9%; increasing bitterness in the delicate dark-malty finish. Harsh, thinnish, unharmonic Bock.........

(bottle) Clear, ruby brown colour with a massive beige foamy head. Light-sweet and slightly roasty malty nose with leafy and dusty elements, accompanied by a touch of walnuts. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Typical Schwarzbier-character: leafy and dryish roasty malty taste with a tinge of dried prunes; dry and moderately bitter, slightly roasted malty finish with shy bitter hops. Decent Schwarzbier (09.08.08).

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a proper, foamy white head. Sweet pale malty nose with little hoppy spice. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth mf. Pale malt character with a touch of cardboard; malt-accented, moderately sweet finish with a very light level of bitterness. Rather mediocre Export (07.08.08).

The bottle looks not so good, would fit mire to a cherry-beer. The beer in the glass looks good, deep black, nice head. Starts mild, the finish is dry and malty. Not very drinkable. Had better schwarzbiers.
