Brewery draught, 3/16/24. Clear maple-dark amber. Thin ring of tan head. Maple, black pepper, tobacco and dark fruit. Clean. Date, prune, plum, fresh fig. Chewy caramel, vanilla and date mush. Lighter body, not quite thin, but maybe not up to snuff for its size. Very carbonated, fruity, peppery. Clean.

Brewery draught, 3/16/24. Clear honey. Small, white head, quickly to ring. This smells like they added bitters. Very, floral, mega-spicy. Some light white pepper and papier mache. Aromatic, clean, spicy-,phenolic, yet not clovey. Pretty good saison character in the flavor. Not gonna confuse this for Blaugies and Dupont but it's better than your average American saison. Still a bit bready and white pepper-heavy in the finish, but there's no clove or bubblegum.

Brewery draught, 3/16/24. Clear deep golden-bronze. Small, white head. Fruity malt and fruity yeast. Smells more ale-like but maybe it's just the malt and hops. Fruity and soft again, is this an ale yeast? Or is this soft, honey-rich malt just obscuring it. Either way, the malt is so rich and flavorful. Some acidity. Clean.

Can in Jefferson. Pours lightly hazed gold with a creamy, white head. Lightly sweet, pithy, fairly lean, pale rindy citrus, pine needles. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean finish, more pithy citrus. Drinkable stuff.

4 oz. pour from a can at Keep NH Brewing fest. It's clear yellow, no sparkle, thin cap of white head, no lacing. Aroma is tart and sweet fruit, esters, hint of wood. Taste is strong flavors, well balanced, nothing harsh. Mostly sweet fruit, mild yeast and funk. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture. Overall, good strength of aroma and flavors. It's OK but I'm not getting what they advertised.
