Brewery draught, 2/18/26.
Sweet and rich spices with a vanilla tint and grassy hops with fruity, gently spicy Belgian yeast. Chewy, biscuity wheat helps soften everything. Almost like a spiced cake; seems quite malty.
Rich indeed with a spicy, vanilla character and deep, honey-like malts. Chewy, rich wheat with biscuit and a touch of vague spice on the finish. Maybe a bit forceful with the combo of rich, sweet malt and big spice, but it almost balances, as a result.

Sweet cheesecake and carrot sugar without much, if any, lactose character. Gentle cinnamon and bready, lightly toasty malts keep it balanced but it's tasteful on the adjunct and not over-toasted on the brown ale character.
Sweet, cheesecake and mild lactose. That cream cheese powder is really something, but the cinnamon and carrot help balance. Malty but drying out with good spice and light brown sugar-like character. Leave it to Dirigible to make what could and probably should be a disaster, in to a pretty well-done, balanced, flavorful beer.

Brewery draught, 2/18/26.
Good mix of fruity, lightly jammy berry and fruity yeast. Malt softens and easily balances with honey and bread-like notes. Some light pepper and no gross bubble gum or clove.
Raspberry quite front and center in flavor. Big peppery, floral, almost minty character. Big, chewy malt body but good attenuation. Maybe a touch bitter on the very end. Not sure what that is. But the fruit is done well and I love that it's nice and malty.

Bit of smoke, lots of wheat and dough with mild lactic character and very little peach, which is fine with me. A lighter example, it seems, but the smoke is nicely balanced.
Or maybe it was just the aroma. It's quite flavorful for the style with a really nice body and apparent, juicy, leathery, pleasantly tart peach. It combines with the tasteful smoke and chewy wheat to give a satisfying, but dry and refreshing beer.

Classic clove, white pepper and stone fruit with light honey-like malts. Not boozey, not too much crude phenol.
Soft, rich, malty, very chewy with bitter orange, vanilla, rich honey and lingering white pepper. Classic stuff and minimal clove, banana and no bubblegum. No alcohol and it's the right amount of malt without syrup or excess sugar.

Lightly sweet, rich cereal-like character from ample malt. Moderate yeast though not as much apple or papier maché as if expect.
Seems pretty legit in flavor. Crisp and biscuity with honey-like depth and light earthiness. Spicy, herbal hops are clean, clear and amply bitter. Wonderfully refreshing, flavorful and balanced. Shocking that it's 4.3%

Peachy with similar earthiness and mineral to the single version. White bread and biscuit. Not super aromatic.
Lightly sweet, soft, good bitterness with lemon peel, tangerine, light peach and lots of papaya. I like the undercurrent of spice and earth but I could do a bit more bitterness and a bit more hop intensity. Clean and not boozey.

Juicy, fruity, moderately spicy. Good mix of tropical and citrus with an earthy, mineral-laden undercurrent. Cracker and biscuit gently balance. No big acidity but no sweetness perceived either.
Soft, lightly juicy, with fluffy carbonation and lots of light dry hopping adding light earth and chalk. Pear, stone fruit, papaya and light passion fruit give great complexity. Nice texture with just enough sweetness/softness but still plenty of dry biscuit and light to moderate bitterness on the end.

Fruity with a minty spice and nutty-sweet almond liqueur character. Cherries keep it light, with low, bready malt character and little barrel. Little bit of lime, but it's light. No sugariness, that's for sure.
Fruity of course, with high attenuation and a bit of oaky dryness. Juicy cherry, moderate lime, all with low acidity keep it drinkable but the malts offer little depth or comfort, unfortunately. But it's not thin. Just very dry. That said, I'll take very dry every time over sugary and sweet, which feels like what cocktail inspired beers usually are.

Canned 9/8/25, as pictured. Drunk 11/7/25.
Richly-malted, but seemingly dry porter with an average roastiness to it. Clean, with light ash and light mineral. Typical dark fruits. Maybe not quite as rich as I'd expect for its size?
Yeah, I guess it's just a bit undermalted for its size. Or maybe I'm crazy. Just feels like you could do this porter at 6%. Not incredibly complex, but as with all their beers, it's fantastically clean and polished. Very solid, by-the-books American porter. Not too heavy on the roast. Good attenuation.
