Canned 7/1/25, drunk 8/1/25.
Clear, muted brass with a large, nearly-creamy, white head.
Clean and malty with excellent lager yeast character joined by gently herbal hops on the snappy, bright finish. Honey and very light bread give it a very helles feel.
Clean and malty with excellent honey-like malt. Soft and supple. Gentle herbal qualities with light bitterness and good dryness on the snappy finish. Very clean, very malty, lots of good yeast character and just enough hop without taking the emphasis off the malt and yeast. Very impressed.

Brewery draught, 7/30/25.
Clear, deep rust-cherry-amber. Little/no head.
Elegant whiskey in the nose with minimal sugars. Light fruitiness, low toast and gentle caramel/toffee. Clean, not boozey, not overdone on the barrel.
Soft, malty, not toasty, with more of a fruit-and-toffee character, not to mention the incredibly well-done bourbon. Bit of breadiness, not too much. Just fantastically-balanced bourbon/whiskey character without too much tannin. Medium-full body with high attenuation. No syrup or sugariness. Excellent lingering mix of acidity, toffee and fruitiness. Very nearly bought a $24 bottle to go, and still may.

Brewery draught, 7/30/25.
Moderately hazy, lemon-maize. Small, dense, white head.
Not as much cannabis character as the last terpene beer I had, but it's certainly there, with plentiful juice-and-skin-forward blueberry. Light citrus beside and sparse, cracker and light white bread-like malt to balance.
Juicy and soft with prominent malt (honey and white bread) and actual hop character (orange, mango, hint of pine). Then the terps hit but not hard. Blueberry and light cannabis. Great balance and lingering pepper, blueberry and soft malt. Nicely balanced and I like that it doesn't go too hard on the terpenes.

Brewery draught, 7/30/25.
Clear, rusty-copper. Small, lightly-cresmy, off-white head.
Bread crust and mild toast in the nose with gentle herbal notes and light fruitiness. Minimal hopping with a bit of caramel and buttercream. Clean, though not overly aromatic. Smells properly attenuated.
Soft and malty, with a bit of caramel up front fading to white bread and very light toast. Minimal hop character but ample bitterness given the strong attenuation. Balanced and flavorful, clean, and doesn't go overboard on the specialty malt.

Brewery draught, 7/30/25.
Lightly cloudy, deep amber-copper. Small, off-white head.
Beautiful, expressive, highly aromatic nose. Both adjuncts are bright and balanced. Clean yeast and crackery marks gently in support.
Soft and malty, surprisingly, with a pinch of caramel up front and cracker and bread on the back. Very floral, lightly bitter notes from adjunct soften through the middle but then end fully spicy (ginger) with zesty ginger heat lingering. Obviously this will depend on how much you enjoy ginger-lemongrass, but if you do, this is incredibly well-done.

16 oz can. Don't know how familiar I am with this style, but let's dive in. Pours deep amber with no haze, but bubbles clinging to the glass. Toasty malt nose, with a slight side of English hop. Though the malts are light, they are up front on the taste, we'll say crouton toast. Just a little hop bitterness at first, that liners on my tongue, before resolving into a earthy, almost smoky Fuggles or Ringwood. Fizzy carbonation doesn't try to go for a pub or type. Finishes nice and easy after a day off beer sampling.

Brewery draught, 6/4/25.
Clear, very dark amber-garnet. Small, beige head.
Dates, toffee, vanilla and light clove. Hints of caramel and a great balance with nothing crude. No alcohol noted.
Chewy and malty up front with date, prune and raisin, light caramel and honey turning very dry (but not too much so) with tasteful phenols lingering alongside vanilla and light date. Clean and snappy. One of the better dubbels I've had in a while. Low phenolics with no big bread or intense prune. Great texture and a good dryness on the end.

Brewery draught, 6/4/25.
Lightly hazy, copper-golden. Small, white head.
Woody, with a touch of caramel and lots of white bread. Maraschino, sweet orange and heavily fruity yeast. No resin or alcohol noted.
Soft, sweet, juicy, with some pine, wood and tea helping yo balance. I think it mostly does, with help from a bit of crusty malt. Very round, maybe a bit sluggish. Very malty with low bitterness. The spice and pine doesn't quite keep up, over the course of the glass. No booze or resin. Fruity and clean.

Brewery draught, 6/4/25.
Heavily hazy, dull brass-golden. Small, white head.
Juicy white wine and tropical fruits with a touch of spice in the finish. Succulent malts yield honey and bread, balancing easily. Very fruity, soft, easygoing.
Grape powder giving off grape character, imagine that. Light spice/herb with plentiful tropical fruit and white grape. Malty, attenuated, with light honey and biscuit. I don't think these NZ hops need additional white grape character. I don't think phantasm intensifies the hop character, but rather greatly distracts from it and gives a boring, heavy white grape.

Brewery draught, 6/4/25.
Clear dehydrated urine. Full, off-white head, good retention.
Coffee! Spicy almost with lots of earth, light fruit and plentiful vanilla and crusty bean. Maybe a bit dominant here, as I'm not getting much else. Maybe a bit of white bread like malt.
Soft and malty with hops and coffee balancing against biscuit, white bread and pepper. Good body and attenuation. Wow, this really improves upon the nose, with tons of beer character, tons of flavor and excellent balance.
