5 oz. pour on tap as part of flight at the brewery. Deeply hazy dark yellow, nice sparkle, ring of head & light lacing. Aroma is strong spruce tips over bread. Taste strong spruce tips, mild late bread. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carb & finish as taste. If you like spruce beers, this is one for you!

5 oz. pour on tap as part of flight at the brewery. Cloudy, dark yellow w/ring of head & nice lacing. Aroma is melon, mild sweet/tart pineapple, dank, bread. Taste is nonspecific fruit, cracker. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, dry, crisp finish. Lacks identity. Disappointing for what I was hoping was going to be a fantastic hop combination.

16 oz can in a trade tfontana from the brewery, thanks Tom. Flavor has a decent chocolate malt backbone. Bitter chocolate comes out through some hop presence. Coffee notes noticeable as it warms up. Decent.

5 oz. tap pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is pale, lightly hazy, greenish-yellow with no sparkle, cap of off-white foamy head with good retention and tons of lacing. Aroma is subtle European malts, tart fruit and Euro hops. Taste is European malt (somewhat Pilsner like) and Euro hops, hint of tart fruit. Mouthfeel is medium side light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with dry lingering bitterness. Overall, a cross between Pilsner, Vienna lager, Euro IPA and Kolsch. Ok

5 oz. tap pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Aroma is strong sweet roasted malt with hint of pine. Appearance is virtually opaque dark brown-mahogany with cap of light brown head with decent retention and tons of lacing. Taste is strong, rich, roasted creamy malt and pine balance. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good balance but I wish the pine had more bite to it. Creamy and smooth. Nice.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight. Aroma is strong overripe fruit. Appearance is opaque light apple-cider brown with ring of off-white head and light lacing. Taste is strong nondescript stone fruit, background malt. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, average carbonation and crisp finish with mild yeast and bitterness. Overall, not a super juicy NEIPA and not your typical citrus/grapefruit but not identifiable either. Ok.

Brewery draught, 3/4/23. Clear, bright amber-strawberry. Large, dark beige head, moderate retention. Juicy and spicy with rich malt and heavily fruity yeast. Nutty rye and clean yeast on the end with plentiful ester. Soft, malty, sweet but well-attenuated with cherry, strawberry, honey cream and big fruits and nuts on the end. Some herbal interludes. Clean.
