We are independently owned and brew by hand in small batches at our microbrewery in central Stockport. For us, flavour and quality always come first.
As brewers, we respect brewing tradition though our beer is contemporary in style.
As drinkers, we want to enjoy every beer that we make – so for us, brewing isn’t just about the end product, it’s about the process. So it’s worth doing right.

Keg @ Smithfield Market Tavern, Manchester. Hazed pale dishwater-yellow, although there's plenty of fruit, tropical with a citrus kick, and as the beer name suggests, it's easy enough drinking. Sweetish.

75cl bottle (No. 99) @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 24. Misty gold pour with a good white head. Interesting saison, the lime works with a prickly saison character, perhaps a light mixed fermy feel to it. Nice.

29th April 2024; Monthly Beer Share in Chez Sophie (Shrewsbury), five guys and loads of beer! 75cl bottle (number 99 of ??), misty golden body, decent white crown. A little too sour for my palate, but I managed my 5th of the bottle.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 12/04/24. Pale golden yellow with a lasting white head. Nose is yeast ester, lemon rind, straw, grains, herb. Taste comprises bread dough, Belgian yeast esters, light candied fruits, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid Belgo pale ... nails the brief.

Half-pint, cask ale at Cloudwater Taproom, shared with Finn. Clear reddish-brown body, spotty lacing, remaining beige head. Inviting, mid-sweet aromas of dark malts and dried fruits. Mixed taste of dark caramel moments joined by dried berry-fruits. Mid-sweet and semi-dry malt-fruity ending. Medium bodied. Tasty. (Manchester, 23.03.2024).

Cask @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Wooden cask version which is hazy dark amber-brown with a thick creamy-frothy head. Quite a sweet nose, which seems to lessen the receptical effect, although its bitter-sweet taste has more of this apparent.

Keg @ Piccadilly Tap after seeing Botch at New Century Hall. Misty reddish orange appearance, minimal head. Aroma is assorted red berries and rhubarb. Good fruity definition to taste, zippy sourness with a good fruity floral feel.

Delt med Rune. Amber. Klar. Filmskum med litt farge. Aroma av furuskog. Smaken søt. Trær & bær. Tørr bæraktig avslutning.
