Nice cloudy gold body and zero foam. Nice wood and wine character aroma, a little thin, saison not pronounced. Tastes of a nice wood character, tart white wine, but missing a good saison kick to help expand it. So, it ends narrow and looking for cereal like me tomorrow morning with my hangover.

Good clearish medium copper body and okay foam. Kind of a tinny malt aroma, hint of hops, I wouldn't say ESB but not bad. Flavour is nice cereal and biscuit, a bit of malt, lingering caramel. Smooth, not bad, a real ESB fan would be horrified but it's okay.

Deep purple body with just a little smoke on the water (ha!). Great tart raspberry aroma, they get it right here and in spades. Taste is huge tart raspberry, sweet in just the right way, ends with good carbonation and a vague hint of vanilla. Whom of which could help out more, but otherwise excellent.

2017 edition, labelled as Belgian Golden Strong but with 10.6% abv. Deep medium brown body and modest foam, okay. Vague wood and malt aroma, too faint really. Taste is sweet chewy malt, caramel, ends smooth with no sign of the alcohol. Straight ahead but made well enough.

Hazy gold body and minimal foam. Really smells of nothing, orange zest maybe on a whim if it's teased out. Taste is good yeast, banana, some sweet cracker ending smooth. No sign of the alcohol but it's otherwise quite simplistic.

Clear light gold body and okay foam. Not bad sweet grain on the nose, vague hops. Nice chewy grain flavour, cereal notes, ends with lingering grain and good carbonation. Not bad but I was hoping for more hops.

500 ml bottle. Pours black with moderate tan head. Aromas of chocolate ice cream, sweet vanilla and slick roasted malts. Flavors creamy chocolate, sweet vanilla, super creamy coffee, and oily roasted malts. Hot finish. Very good.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, vanilla, coconut, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with loads of coffee and vanilla, alcohol warmth, light rum, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, and loads of Brett, ground cherry, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light Brett, light scotch barrel and notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A  hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
