Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: copper to amber color with a sly transparency about it and a one and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated kindly to leave some light lace
Aroma: soft hay/sweet grass to straw features up front with a light dose of honey then some blueberry sweet and tart scents rolling into a light white pepper sort of whiff; subtle biscuity malt backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to super lightly spiced quality; finishes semi-crisp with a dry note and a touch of white pepper spice
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also a light note of dryness nicking the tongue slightly
Overall: I say a very nicely done saison with blueberries added that I would love to come back to!

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy copper color with a subtle transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy to subtle peachy to light piney and grassy toned hops with a light biscuity malt base
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bitter sort of arrangement; brisk finish of some piney to peachy and mixed citrusy aspects
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; smooth along the tongue with barely anything being bothersome; good carb level
Overall: first time I had this beer I thought it was a cross between an English IPA and an American IPA; however, the second time I had this I thought this leaned more towards the "American style" and now I believe it is a nice enough American IPA I would welcome again.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: burnt orange haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy to semi-bubbly head which dissipated at a nice pace and left a little bit of lace
Aroma: some blended tropical fruity tones - maybe a bit mango-like to papaya-ish with some piney/resinous hoppiness and a light clean malty backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a soft sweet to oily sweet tone and a light bitterness underneath; finishes semi-sweet with that oily sweetness
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; slightly smooth with the beer becoming somewhat slick; low carb-ish and a low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: perhaps a bit "too easy going" in the way this beer just slides along the tongue, hmmmmm...

Can to tulip.
Appearance: clear yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet hay/straw to sweet freshly cut grass with mellow floral to meadow/wheat fields and earthy clean sun kissed honey malts then a touch of crushed coriander
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas together in a fine sweet sort of way underscored by a slight spicy effect by the coriander; finishes mostly sweet through those earthy floral meadow-ish field notes
Texture: light to medium bodied - probably a step closer to light bodied; sessionable; some smoothness but also a little bit of earthy to perhaps the coriander nipping at the tongue slightly; good carb level
Overall: next time I get a can of this I want it with some grilled swordfish and that'll be one night I bet I'll never forget!
