Can, 7.0%. Fruity, citric, roasted, salty aroma. Black colour. Big stable creamy light brown head. The flavour his sweetish and spicy at first. Turns roasted with a flowery, jammy hop note. Loads of coffee. Some raw liquorice. Great breakfast.

Op tap bij De Binnenkomer. Mistig diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Licht kruidig, esters, fruitig, typisch Belgisch Blondje, hint van erwtjes maar niet storend, gist, degelijk bitter. Lichte body. OK.

0.33 l can from 'Rebelbeercans', best before January 2025. Almost clear, very dark ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity and slightly yeasty aroma of molasses, maple syrup, raisins, prunes, caramel and hints of vanilla. Very sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite fruity and slightly yeasty taste of molasses, caramel, raisins, prunes, vanilla and maple syrup, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly warming finish. Full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Lovely flavoured Quad, heavily sweet but a real treat.

Very dark brown, fine light brown head. Smells fairly sweet, bourbon, chocolate. Body is nicely thick, sharp carbonation kinda bothers me. Boozy. Taste is sweet, why on earth did they throw in lactose?! Caramel, milky chocolate. Bourbon identity gets lost.

Blik 8/24 uit de Beer in a Box adventskalender. Thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een pikzwart bier met een volle bruinige schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van chocolade en vanille. De smaak is vol, gebrande koffie, chocolade en een lekker vleugje vanille.

0.33 l can from 'Drankgigant.nl', best before September 2023. Hazy, pale straw yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, slightly resiny aroma of quince, pineapple and some gooseberry. Gently sweet, quite fruity, moderately bitter and a little resiny taste of quince, gooseberry, pineapple and some lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice NAIPA!
