16oz can pours rootbeer brown, thin beige head. Malty and cola on the nose. Cocoa powder. Flavor is chocolate soda and cheap malt. Thin finish doesn't help either. Its not a train wreck but it could have been better.

5 oz draft. Thirsty Moose, Exeter. Pitch black color, fast dying head. Aroma is very mild coffee. Flavor has soft roasted malt, coffee, caramel. Ends on the sweet side. Lean body. It is ok.

York River draught, 12/12/24. Clear, dark auburn. Small, tan head, low retention. Milky, buttery, tannic, rich. Deep chocolate and buttered rum with light oak tannin. Big diacetyl character with chewy coffee and a rather light body. Not too much barrel character. Tastes like it could be about 6%. And full of butter. But not quite thin. Was not excited to try a beer from this brewery and was justified and will continue to avoid them.

Bunch of 16oz cans at a Sea Dogs game. Never saw it in a glass, but I expect it was hazy. Nose is fruity, some breakfast cereal but big herbs and lemon. El Dorado rings more than Mosaic. The grain bill is soft and feels like some wheat with a fairly smooth finish. Nice enough.

Can (looks like it could be 3/1/23 or x/31/23? as date is off center on bottom) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Hazy, pale orange with decent sparkle, frothy head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is vague citrus, lightly tart stone fruit, cardboard, malt. Taste is stronger general fruitiness than aroma (especially as warms), cracker, bitter. Smooth texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. Appreciate the opportunity to try the brewer but the hops have to have fallen off.

Draft: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of malt notes with some citrusy hops notes and light bitter notes. Taste is also a mix of malt notes with some citrusy hops notes and some bitter notes in the aftertaste. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed IPA with a good flavor profile.

Draft: Poured a black color lager with a medium size brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with light floral coffee notes. Taste is a nice mix of roasted malt with some floral coffee notes and some light bitter notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Easy drinking schwarzbier.

Sample at the NH Brewfest in Portsmouth 10/14/23. Lightly chill hazed light gold color with a small but well received white head. Bready crackery malt fruity earthy spice.

Sample at the NH Brewfest in Portsmouth 10/14/23 And from a can later. Deep gold color with a frothy white head that persists. Earthy spicy floral hops Faint crackery toasty malt beneath. First beer of the fest from a new to me brewery, not bad.
