Description
Eden was born out of a dream of better beer. The kind of beer that requires love and hard work. The kind of beer you demand; beer for people who aren't afraid to push themselves.
The harder we work, the more we can relax by exploring the beautiful landscape we call home and popping the cap on a well earned beer at the end of the day.

Not much head, clear golden. A fairly straightforward blonde ale, some zesty fruit and a little grassy hop. Something bitter in the aftertaste that I'm not big on but it's decent enough.

Bottle from Rheged. Appearance - golden with a thin head. Nose - loads of caramel. Missing any citrus here. Taste - caramel again and again. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a finish that could be fresher. Overall - not really true to the golden ale style. Probably more of a mild in reality.

Bottle. Morrison’s. Clear gold. Thin, messy, semi lacing, white head. Nose has burnt butter. Vegetable water. Privet leaf. Taste is super bitter and grassy, with a hint of buttery sweetness. Light to medium body. Quite oily. Fine to medium carbonation level. Privet leaf bitterness on the finish lasts an age. It ain’t short of hops, I’ll give it that.

440ml can. Cloudy straw yellow with a small but bubbly white head. Big citrus aroma, flavour is full of citrus but overpowered with a floral, soapy flavour that is very much not for me.

Unbelievable citrus pith bitterness. Too much. Floral. Perfumey. Something of Parma Violets and lemon drizzle cake.

Dark golden colour with moderate carbonation. Aroma and flavour are quite old and dusty. Cardboard. Maltiness in the beginning fades away and is not replaced by enough hop bite or freshness.
