Description
Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery is a family-friendly microbrewery built on five acres of previously undeveloped land. With a cozy indoor Tasting Room and two acres of open land, we know you’ll find a place on our farm to call your own. Our outdoor spaces include a heated porch and pavilion, smokeless fire pits, a fully enclosed and fenced in open field, and plenty of seating throughout.
Our brewing program is rooted in simplicity, crafting styles primarily focused on the use of the four main ingredients found in beer: malt, hops, yeast and water.

Draft at Tall Oaks, 11/11/24. Clear caramel-amber color, off white head, strong, streaky lace. Spice, bread, and grains. Herbal and earthy. Caramel notes. Tingly feel. Lightly dry on the finish. Pretty good.

Canned 3/25/24, drunk 9/1/24, thanks to Airforcehops and JCWattsrugger. Golden, hazy, decent sized, white head. Fruity yeast, fruity hops with a light pine accent. Clean. Lots of biscuit. Same in flavor. Very malty, very fruity, good bitterness. Nice yellow fruits and not overdone on pine or specialty malt.

Can (3/25/24) pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Hazy gold with decent sparkle, ring of head, trace lacing. Aroma is floral, pine, citrus and background malt. Taste is resembles aroma but more malty and resinous. Smooth, frothy texture, lively carbonation and crisp, dry finish as taste. Age almost certainly was not kind to this but much of the description is still here.

16 oz can, in a trade with jcwattsruger. Thanks John? Can date of 03/25/24. Flavor has the caramel malt and crystal malt over riding the hops. Shows a soft herb bitterness. Wish it was like 4 months fresher. Not really fair to tate this but….
