Sample from 75 cl. bottle, Amagerbro Beerfestival 2015. Hazy, golden colour with a big, white head. Fruity aroma with sweet, herbal notes, yeasty notes, barnyard, leather and pale malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a lively carbonation and a creamy texture. Finishes dry and spiced with spices and yeasts. Lovely Saison.

Servert fra flaske av AK himself, på Amagerbro Ølfest: uklar strågul med bruseskum som varer. Saisonaroma og smak i lange baner - stall, citron, bitterappelsin, blomster, honning og krydder. En super ganerens akkurat når jeg trengte det!

Pours slightly hazed mahogany into a trappist glass. Creamy tan head with excellent retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Band aid and summer fruit aromas. Thin with overwhelming band aids upfront turning to bitter caramel before the sweet, medium length return to band aids in the finish.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts Ratebeer Gathering ] @ ABCBeers, Korte Koediefstraat 5, The Hague, Netherlands 2511CE. [ As Enlightenment Illumination Farmhouse IPA ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grass, moderate to heavy yeasty, saison yeast, funky notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, saison yeast, funky notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Thanks to Mike for sharing :) 2nd batch. Very nice floral nose. Fresh hops, but an intense sour fresh beer! Very funky, tart, dry, even horse blanket. Medium aftertaste, fresh, smooth, sour-tart. Nice!

Pours hazy, pale straw into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Fresh hay, tropical fruit and citrus aromas. Dry with bread and hay upfront turning to tropical fruit before the last bitter pith finish. Magnifico!
