(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Strawy malty aroma with shy grainy notes. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Slightly grainy and strawy malt-character with a juicy touch and shades of flowery and woody hops; finishes sweet and delicately bitter hoppy. No revelation but drinkable though. 28.IV.14

Thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks very simple, but okay. Beer in the glass golden-orange, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, mild yeasty, modest sweet. Light fruity hints of apricot. Not too intense like other hefeweizens. Okay.

bottle. Hazy deep golden with a large white head. Shy yeasty-fruity nose. Quite light-bodied, shy malty flavours with a shy yeasty touch, almost no fruit detectable. Easy-going and inoffensive but without any character - much too timid.

bottle from a local Rewe. Hazy pale yellow, white head. Aroma of lemon. Beery with lots of lemon, not artificial, but rather nice.

33cl bottle that states simply “Pils” and doesn’t look like either picture on the ratebeer beer’s page. It pours with a crystal clear gold body that supports a semi creamy thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up malt sweetened bready doughy lime citrus notes as well as a bit of spicy, herbal and floral hops. The taste begins neutral with a murmur of malt sweetness and then it builds in hops and hop bitterness where I’m getting spicy hops, herbal hops and green earthy bitter lime like notes. It plateaus out for a moment heading into the finish as it gets a little softer and picks up a slight grainy malt sensation. It ends with lingering thin malty sweet bitter hops as well as a faint mineral note. Decent.
