Bottle backlog October 2014. Almost clear golden body with a medium sized off-white head. Fresh citric fruity aroma. Taste is sweet, smooth malt, fruity and balancing bitterness. Quite nice and smooth without being outstanding.

Bottle, #537, six months after production date. Pours slightly hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is wooden yeast with some estery notes, and malts with cereals and honey. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is yeasty minerals as well as malts with cereals, toffee, some phenols and minerals.

Aus der Flasche im 2019-09 getrunken. Diese rotbraune Ale kommt deutlich Hopfenbetohnt rüber. Nur zu meiner Überraschung versteckt sich die Hopfenbitterkeit hinter einer leichten Malzenote. In der Nase erinnert es sogar an ein sher leichtes English Barley Wine. Lecker!

0,5 flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, hjemme: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer helt ned. Mild duft av aprikos, vanilje og nybakt brød. Deilig smak, som i tillegg til overnevnte har behagelige streif av krydder, blomsterhonning og belgisk gjær. Fin munnfylde, mild bitterhet. Smooth og velgjørende aperitif i solkroken denne fredagskvelden.

500 ml bottle, 2018, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.0%. Bottom fermented. Deep reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Moderate aroma of dark dried fruits, caramel and mild spices. Fizzy and slightly citric mouthfeel. The flavour is moderately malty with notes of caramel, brown sugar, brown bread with syrup, mild spices and dark dried fruits. Hints of burnt toast and roasted nuts. Minimal hops.
